I like to think of Yoga in the Gallery as a work in progress similar to our own lives! This space has evolved into a sacred place. From the moment you enter my hope is that you will feel welcome, safe and filled with loving kindness for yourself! It is so true, the most difficult part of yoga is taking the first step. To show up and unroll your mat takes courage, but it is the path to becoming your most radiant self! Whether a beginner or long-time yogi, we are all seeking to live an authentic life.
