This class is a Baptiste Style Vinyasa Flow class. You will use your breath and movement to build up heat in the body. Please feel free to rest at any time and listen to your body. Great for those with some yoga knowledge!

Learn the benefits and history of Virabhadrasana (warrior) poses! We will practice the same flow each week that will focus on the warrior poses and end with some nice deep stretch yin poses! Great for those with a little yoga knowledge!
Schedule: Wednesday 6:30 - 7:30pm
We will practice many of the same poses as Power Basics, but in a slower and more informative way. Learn proper alignment as well as modifications. We will end with some stretches. Great for most just getting into yoga!

Great for beginners or anyone wanting a nice stretch. We stretch on the mat, move to our feet for some gentle movement and balance and move back to the mat for more stretching! Get the weekend off to a great start with this class! Great for everyone!
